Well Visits 5 - 18

Following is a continuation of the schedule for wellness visits with accompanying vaccines and screening exams. All of our vaccines are thimerisol (mercury) free. Blood work will be conducted at a Quest Diagnostic Center, Methodist, Beth Isreal, or NYU hospital. Please feel free to click on any wellness visit for some answers to common questions. * - the human papillomavirus is a three vaccine series.  Patients will receive an initial vaccine and then be required to return 2 and 6 months after the initial dose

** - if BMI >85%, a family history of cholesterolemia, or a history of cardiac disease < 55 y.o., more extensive testing will be done.
